This is a really good probiotic.

Great product ! Works very well for me. I don’t really like the packaging I would prefer if it came in a bottle, is the only down side for me.

I tried numerous of " probiotics" . Some of them even gave me a constipation.i used them every morning with a breaker every 6 months.A lot of my female issues had been desperated . I had been using Dr Ohhira probiotics for 16 years and had been given to my children any time when they have allageris or tummy issues. Suggest them to many many of my family members witch they love it as well .

Pricey but worth it. I take one a day for regularity. if I get a stomach upset, I take two and the pain goes away within the hour. An amazing product

Not worth the price . I followed the exact instructions but didnt feel any difference. Better to use fermented cabbage to get your probiotics
