I LOVE this pack. I was so on the fence about getting one for marathon training. I didn’t want the extra weight behind me, I didn’t want it making me warmer. After a 14 mile run trying to carry a water bottle a gave in and got this pack and I’ll tell you right now. It’s a lifesaver. My only complaint is the bladder that comes with it seals on the top by sliding the plastic top on. But the plastic piece that is supposed to keep the water in isn’t quite long enough. So while running the water splashes out the top a little leaving my low back and butt soaked with water on long runs. But I can replace that pretty cheap. This pack can hold any bladder you’d want to put in it. The 4 pockets are awesome. A zipped pocket carries my phone. And 4 other drop in pockets for fuel. It’s light weight and not super hot. If using for walking or hiking the bladder issue wouldn’t even be a problem.

I'm so happy that I don't have to carry a water bottle when I run. I was worried about how low it would be, but it honestly felt great. Didn't bounce or cause chafing after 8 miles. Love it. I was also pleasantly surprised that the water i held in the front wasn't hot after running in 94°weather.

Right off the bat, the color is exactly what I was looking for.. (i’m one of those girls that hasta have everything matching) having a zipper pocket is the second important thing for me ..I looked at this and thought they don’t even have the zipper pocket that was on the lower right hand pocket ,as I looked at it I thought,?what the heck is this little string for. when I yanked on it I realized it was a zipper ..this zipper is in the absolutely most perfect place ,better than the small zippered one that actually did no good in the other hydration pack that I ordered ,but it’s a cute little zipper.. I love love Love this hydration pack ..lightweight ,zipper in the right place, pouches in the right places, I cannot wait to use it tomorrow ::I may write a second review, but meanwhile the zippers & pockets , everything ,is absolutely perfect for a lightweight running hydration pack.. HAPPY DANCE:)

As a new distance runner I was looking for something to help me stay hydrated during the warmer months and this was PERFECT! The water pouch is fairly large and it sits very comfortably on my shoulders. As a larger chested girl I was a bit nervous but pleased with how it fits. 10/10 highly recommend!
