Llevo haciendo deporte de resistencia desde hace muchos años y puedo decir que es el mejor isotónico que he probado nunca. El balance HC y sal es idóneo para mantener una buena hidratación, así como para mantener los niveles de glucosa idóneos si le metes geles o barritas cada hora. También un punto a favor que no tiene aditivos, que es difícil no encontrar un producto sin cantidad de basura que potencia el sabor del producto, pero te revienta el estómago.

Das Produkt bringt das mit, was man erwartet, wenn man nach so etwas sucht. Schnelle Kohlenhydrate und Elektrolyte. Zwar könnten die Elektrolyte etwas höher dosiert sein, das Produkt tut trotzdem was es soll. Es kann entgegen der Einordnung nach dem Training auch während des Trainings genommen werden und verlängert aufgrund der Kohlenhydrate und des Ansteigens des Energielevels die Trainingseinheit. Wann man das Pulver am besten zu sich nehmen sollte, muss jeder mit seinen individuellen Zielen ausmachen und dann dementsprechend anpassen. In einer Diät sollte auf dieses Pulver aber verzichtet werden, da die Masse an Kohlenhydraten nur leere Kalorien sind, die einem dann eher nicht helfen. Darüber hinaus ist es aber bei jeder intensiven sportlichen Betätigung zu empfehlen. Auch der Geschmack von Zitrone ist vorhanden. Zwar ist dieser nicht so intensiv wie es bei Zitrone sein könnte, wer dies aber braucht kann auch einfach eine Zitrone auspressen und dazu mischen. Im Ergebnis kann ich das Produkt weiterempfehlen und auch mit 5 Sternen bewerten.
