We bought the Waterdrop WD-T4-A Alkaline RO System a week ago and it has completely changed the quality of our drinking water. Installation was shockingly simple for a tankless RO system—I had it set up and running in under an 30 minutes, thanks to the clear instructions. ​The difference in taste is night and day. Our tap water was always heavily chlorinated, but this system removes that entirely. The alkaline feature is a huge bonus; the water tastes perfectly crisp and clean, almost better than expensive bottled water. ​The flow rate is also incredible; it fills a pitcher in no time, which is something older, tanked systems simply can't do. The pump is very quiet compared to other countertop systems I’ve installed, and the dual functionality is convenient without taking up extra space. The alkaline water tastes clean and noticeably better than standard tap or basic filtered water. Flow rate is consistent and installation was straightforward with no leaks. Controls are simple and it’s easy to switch modes depending on what you need. Overall, a solid system if you want quiet operation, good output, and better-tasting drinking water.

Great product and outstanding customer service. My agent--Rosie--was the very best customer representative I have ever worked with from ANY company. She was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She went out of her way to resolve my issue and beyond. I could not be more satisfied with her performance. Also, the Waterdrop unit that I purchased is the very best RO filtration system I have owned. It is well designed, constructed, and effective at generating quality water that tastes great. I absolutely love this Waterdrop. I have a fountain with regular RO on the left and the Oakland water on the right. Flow is good, water tastes great. Just so easy to use. I got tired of my Berkey filter system. Filter replacements for Waterdrop will be so much easier and I do not have to mess with it very often once a year for most of the filters. So far, I just love it.

WDT4A. Installed on 2/15/26. Impossible to get help online or on the phone. TDS readings are high on 1st gallons coming out. But then levels off to about 12RO and 42Alka. Why do I need to run 1 gallon on each line before water tests reasonable. A waste.

Product works as intended and was easy to install and use. We needed a more consistent flow since we tend to need a lot of water often. While models with tanks are great it did not serve us since we constantly had to wait for the tank to replenish. Not very worried about lack of water if the power ever goes out since I have a backup solar generator. The option to have pure water is also great for my CPAP machine.

Water Taste is good and setup is tea simple and fast , Doreen from the customer support team was outstanding.
