It does not come with a journal.

I want to buy this product but I'm always hesitant to buy something with no reviews or ratings. Can anyone tell me if this is actually good quality?

It was very good quality and a nice assortment. I was happy with the purchase. A lot of matte rectangular pages and nice sticker assortment.

Are these glossy or matte finish? And, are they clear or blurry?

Papers like regular paper, not glossy and the prints are clear, not blurry. Very professionally done and great to use in mixed media projects. I really love the pack!

can you make cards with this kit

I think this kit would make interesting collages on cards but there isn't any cardstock paper or envelopes to use as a base for cards.
