AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Worst customer service that I have EVER encountered. I have been waiting now for over a MONTH to have a phone replaced or refunded and they simply do not respond to messages in anything like a reasonable time. The phone screen went blurry after less than 6 months so they asked me to send photos and then to send the phone in for inspection, at my own expense recorded delivery. They wanted me to send photos of the package with recorded delivery details also. They initially offered a replacement phone but a week or so later told me they could only offer me a refund. I have not heard from them since! Despite sending several emails I have had no messages at all for nearly a week now. I purchased the phone 02.07.2025. I first contacted Oukitel on 21.1.2026. It is today 23.02.2026 and I last received a message from Oukitel on 17.02.2026. So I am still waiting for a refund over a month later. Shambolic customer service and the phone itself failed after less than 6 months. Avoid the Oukitel brand at all costs is my advice to anyone!! No stars does not reflect low enough my experience with this company and it's products. Negative stars should be an option for the customer service and products offered by Oukitel. Don't buy it. It's a waste of money. I dropped mine accidentally from a small distance and completely broke at the back glass where is the camera. Now is completely useless as I can't use the camera. Update Contacted the customer service They were a bit slow to solve the problem, however very good. I return mine and they will use it for future test and research to make sure they will upgrade to better standards and I got a new one in exchange.
