What are the dimensions of the mounting plate?

The mounting plate is 3 inches square. It has 3 holes arranged vertically in the middle that correspond to the 3 screw holes on the bike. The wires for the headlight may need to be lengthened to accommodate the new position of the light.

Can this be mounted on the fork

I think the only option is to use the screw holes on the bike frame

Will this fit on a Heybike Mars?
