KPL Knife Pivot Lube Ultralight (weight 5)

Great knife lubricant! I also use it on my lansky sharpening Stones.

The lite oil is great for ball bearing knives and slip joints. Quickly penetrates the joints. Pricey but a great product.

This is the best knife lubricant I've ever used. Used on multiple knives and multitools, and they all move better than new. My only criticism is that it smells like imitation vanilla air fresheners from a car wash. I'd prefer if they toned down the smell, and maybe made it a little more complex. Add a little woody essential oil like sandalwood or cedar. It's not terrible, but really reminds me of the air freshener in a teenager's 90s Honda Civic. Please spend some effort to make the smell a little more grown up. It works so well, and it deserves a better scent profile.

KPL…..MUST I SAY MORE?? I have been using KPL since it was first introduced. Threw all other similar products in the trash. KPL ultralight is used on all my multi-blade knives. ie: case, leatherman, Swiss army, buck. These aren’t disassembled for cleaning! Hot water and Dawn dish soap easily remove KPL ultralight. It quickly finds the nooks and crannies in pivot points once reapplied after cleaning and drying. The no mess needle applicator is a must have. Thanks KPL, you have another lifetime customer.
