The rear exhaust fan on my HP Z440 was noisy and rattly 'AF'. Replaced with this fan. Boom, the noise is gone. Considering it is only a 92mm fan, it's extremely quiet at max RPM. I did cut one of the taps on the cable adapter (using pair of flush/side cutters), with a pair of flush/side cutters. This is due to HP's preparatory fan connectors. However, everything else is 'like for like'. If you're using an HP Z-System, I strongly recommend it. (Also you don't need to google 'Can I use PWM fans on my HP Z...' Yes. Yes, you can)

I had a need for smaller fans for a small case. In keeping with good Noctua quality and consistency, it did the job and is quiet. It's kind of pricey as all Noctua stuff is. Airflow and static pressure are kind of wimpy, but average for a fan of this size. Cable length is okay. Wished it came in other colors like white, gray, yellow, red, etc.
