Quality hearing aids
Easy setup and got use to the hearing aids quickly. May need several attempts to pair with phone correctly but once connected no issues. For me the product works well.

Better than my £3300 aids!
Only just started to use them, however it has been simple to set them up. Took me 15 minutes to unpack, connect to BT & complete the hearing assessment etc. At present they are working better than the aids I paid £3300 for 3 years ago.

When I 1st got then they was great this is the 2nd week and they keep turning of the right one is the worse one they driving me mad

No problems so far
No problems so far. Setup and pairing easy to follow. I was particularly impressed by the hearing test on the app which sets up the hearing aid for you. Mine only needed a silght tweak to some of the settings and all settings are adjustable in the the app. The automatic phone answering also appears to work well. Generally every bit as good as the £4000 ones I tried last year but decided they were too expensive. My only gripe is that the app needs to remain active all the time and this significantly reduces battery life on the phone, also the bluetooth does not automatically re-pair if the connection is lost

Charging case faulty
Very good and versatile hearing amplifiers, however the charging case does not recharge 3 times as advertised in fact if you have 50% charge left in the charging case it will discharge one of the amplifiers and then have no charge left. Also the app does not retain connection so you have to reconnect each time you open it even when it is running in the background on your phone

Well presented and fully functional product
Only got them yesterday, 4 Dec 25, so still learning. So far working great with same day delivery. They are well made and the app is working well. Will follow up on this review when I've had more time with them.

Dissatisfied
Lasted 4 days and the battery’s would only last 5hrs and then the left hearing aid would not charge at all, very frustrating.
