I am gutting my mom’s house and renovating it. It’s about two hours away, so I cannot be there and I need to be able to monitor the construction workers as I’ve been ripped off before. I needed an affordable, reliable way to track hours—this NGTeco Time Clock (TC4) has been a game changer. When I’m done using it in that way, I’ll be using it for other things like for my kid. I can think of many other ways to use this item actually. Setup was super simple. It connected to our 2.4G WiFi right away, and the instructions were clear enough that I had it up and running in about 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it recognized fingerprints. The construction workers definitely are not tech savvy and they had no problem using it. The app and cloud-based software are where this really shines. I can check attendance and hours from my phone, which is so convenient. I also love that I can customize rules—like setting up grace periods and break times—right from the remote software. (i’m not using those options at the moment but I just like to know I have the ability to do that if I choose. The fingerprint scanner is pretty accurate. Every once in a while, someone has to scan twice, but nothing major. Reporting features are straightforward and made payment a lot smoother this month. A few things could be better: The PC software feels a bit outdated, like it could use a facelift. The app is not that great. I can’t get some options to work. Remote control works, but takes some time to figure out. Not hard, just not super intuitive at first. All in all, great value for the price. If you're looking for an easy, cloud-based time clock for a small team, I recommend this one. It’s saved me time, headaches, and made tracking hours way more accurate. I mostly love this device, but i had fo remove a star because no matter what i input, change, or do, the time will not register to my location. Even though i entered my exact location in the device settings in the app. This is quite frustrating to me. The time sheet function is also taking me some getting used to. I expected there fo be a database for me to find all entries. Otherwise i have to click a specific date to see the entries for that day. Maybe this exists and i just havent found it. I'm still learning how to use the app, as its UI is pretty confusing and i am extremely tech savvy. Nonetheless, i do like that it comes with an app so i don't have to purchase external storage to access logs, like my other device.

This fingerprint time clock works great. We have not had any issues with it. It functions as it should, with accurate time keeping and ease of use. It is easy to set up and has worked great so far. It is a great value for the cost.

I returned it as I could never get it to recogonize a fingerprint

The size is compact enough to fit nicely in an office space, but the screen is still clear and easy to read. The clock quality is excellent, and the system works smoothly without glitches. This set uses an app so make sure to use the instructions to download it. It’s simple to use, has a voice response system that tells you what you need to do and if the clock in was entered or not. It is reliable for tracking hours, and a great value for money, making it perfect for small businesses or home office needs.

No ifs, and or buts about the time someone clocks in or out.There is no PIN or anything that another person could use to clock in for his buddy - this device uses a person’s fingerprint and that can’t be abused. It’s an awesome little device that can sit on a table or can be wall mounted - a template and hardware are included.Definitely high tech for a not-so-high price.
