Great natural vitamins
I've been getting these for years now. It's important to me that they are fully natural. Which I can see when I take them. I can take them on an empty stomach without any side effects. Standard vitamins make me nauseous when taken on empty stomach.

Great unexpected results
Usually take a multi vitamin but this brand is new to me. Have taken them for 3 months now. Noticed my hair thickend up & eyelashes are much fuller. Feel great on these & I'm now converted to this brand.

Great product
I like terranova supplements because they are natural and food based, their iron worked very well for me so I decided to get a multivitamin now. Easy to swallow, I tend to take it with food or just after food, no after taste.

Noticeable difference in energy.
The first supplements where I actually feel better. I've never skimped on supplements but always bought from the major brand in the amber glass bottle. I got the feeling that that brand wasn't as good as I thought, so when a nutritionist suggested these for me post- breast cancer, I bought them. (And the B complex.) What a difference.
