Quiet, Clean, and Low-Maintenance You barely hear this thing running, which is amazing considering it’s essentially keeping my lawn looking pristine. Maintenance has been minimal—just flipping the blades at the end of the season and giving the bottom a quick clean. A Few Minor Hiccups If you have a sloped lawn or tricky terrain, keep in mind the Yuka 1500 prefers flatter ground. Mine has a slight slope near the driveway, and while it usually handles it well, the occasional skid can happen. For steeper or trickier lawns, I’d suggest upgrading to the four-wheel drive Luba model. Also, heavy tree cover can sometimes mess with the satellite signal, but that’s a rare occurrence and easy to fix by manually guiding the mower for a bit.
