Amazing earplugs
I bought these earplugs as I live in a downstairs flat with some very noisy upstairs neighbours and they have been a game changer! They drown out the noises of banging, shouting, music and their tumble dryer so I can actually get a good nights sleep! They are super comfortable to sleep in and work so well! They are also really easy to clean and once I found my size they fit perfectly!

Work well
I bought the Loop Dream earplugs for my wife as she’s a light sleeper and noises at night often keep her awake. She was a bit skeptical at first, but after a few nights she admitted they’ve made a real difference. The design is very soft and low profile, so she can sleep on her side without discomfort. They don’t block out everything (you can still hear alarms or if someone calls your name), but they take away the constant background noise that usually disturbs her sleep. It took her a night or two to get used to putting them in properly, but once in, they stay put and don’t fall out. For the price, I do think they’re a bit expensive compared to standard earplugs, but she’s been waking up more rested and that alone makes it worth it. Overall, they’ve really helped improve her sleep and I’m glad I got them for her.

Makes a world of a difference
I used to use Loop switch ver.2 for study and light sleep before I had bought these and I can simply say I'm quite impressed. I thought they were a gimmick but these plugs are really good, they fit rather comfortably and the various sizes are a nice option too. The sound proof isnt 100% but damn its a close 80% when you're isolated in a room with noisy neighbours and roommates. In public they're rather effective as a way to muffle the high pitch background music but not entirely silent. I wouldn't consider them a substitute for other Loop models but definitely something with multipurpose.

Expensive and disappointing
I hate these, have gone back to my old loops. The silicone tips really hurt my ears, unusable. The memory foam are ok but don't muffle snoring which is why I use them. I'm constantly aware of them, the shape is just all wrong, weird..why is the loop bit so big, like a flipper? Waste of money for me and they were so expensive. Very disappointed.

Good in theory, but not comfortable for me
I’ve had both Quiet 1s and 2s that I wear for sleep and eventually got around to trying the Dreams. They’re a lot more expensive than the Quiets so I wanted to make sure I definitely liked them before deciding whether to keep them or not. Pros: - pretty colour (I went for lilac!) - the case is really nice, it would be good if it had the individual slots for the earplugs but I don’t mind that too much. It’s slightly weighted so it will stay on your nightstand with its lid open without falling over. It’s also probably around double the area to the quiet 2s, so there’s no faffing around with finding somewhere to put them in the night! - it comes with lots of ear tips, I think it’s nice they provide lots of different options so you can find your ideal size and tip material. I tried various of the sizes and shapes before making my review. Cons: - like I’ve mentioned before, they are expensive. This is obviously a known fact before purchasing but £45 is a lot of money to be spending on something like this, especially when the Quiet 2s are around £20. - I personally didn’t find they were comfortable. The tip was either too big or too small for my ear and I found that it was too pointy and went too deeply into my ear if I wanted a proper fit. - noise reduction: yes, they reduce noise by quite a bit, but I wouldn’t say any more than the Quiet 2s. Overall, I’ve decided to return these and stick with my Quiet 2s. They are more comfortable for me, are cheaper, and have the same noise reducing capabilities. I’d imagine that if you found the dreams comfortable it would be worth it, however I’d urge you to try the quiet 2s first as they might do the trick!

Comfy to sleep in, blocks the noise.
I purchased these because I wanted a good night sleep. I’m a light sleeper, and I struggle with sudden loud noises as I’m dozing off. I live close to a main road, there’s an adjacent neighbour with a motorbike who drives off way before I need to get up, and I started getting frustrated. I used my AirPods just to plug the gap. At motorbike o’clock I’d wake up with those AirPods on the floor because they’d fallen out my ears. I don’t like music when I’m sleeping. I’d be delighted to not have AirPods in and have something I could use every night to protect my ears when I’m sleeping, so I thought I’d try these. I have now had them a week and every morning I wake up with them still in both of my ears. For me, that’s my main victory. They’re so comfortable. The fact I’m commenting on the comfort shows that I’ve entirely forgotten about motorbike man. Delighted with these. I hope anyone who reads this takes the plunge and buys them. Here’s to a peaceful sleep.

Expensive and uncomfortable
These are not worth the money and I find them so uncomfortable. I have tried lots of different sizes in both the silicone and foam and by the morning my ears are so sore. I wouldn’t recommend.

For reviews that say these don’t work
- excellent noise blockers - people who say it doesn’t work might not have scanned the QR code and seen how they’re actually put in - AirPods Pro 2 are slightly better at blocking noise, but they aren’t comfortable when sleeping sideways. Also remember, loops have no battery! - the back of the box says SNR 27 dB but 21 dB noise reduction… a bit misleading but okay. - the buds look and feel premium but the case both looks and feels cheap for 50£.
