TrueFit High Fiber Protein Powder, Grass-Fed Whey Meal Replacement Shake with Prebiotics, Probiotics, & Organic Superfoods, Keto Friendly, Gluten Free

I lost 25 lbs. drinking a popular Protein Coffee, but it caused bloating.. I read about, and studied other Protein Powders, as the one I was drinking had gotten harder to drink, and expensive to buy. I purchased "True Fit", in Chocolate and in Vanilla. I liked the fact it had Probiotic Fiber, and 1 Billion CFU Probiotics, which is good for your digestion, and well being.. (And I can tell a big difference). It also contains fruits, and vegetables, but does not taste like it. With 25G grass fed protein, and antibiotic free, with no hormones, or soy, I felt it was a good choice. I mix a full scoop of this powder, as called for, and add a teaspoon of a good instant coffee. (coffee optional). I blend this with one cup 40 calorie Oat Milk, and, or one cup 40 calorie Coconut milk, or water. It has a great taste, and is very filling. . It is more economical than the Protein Coffee, and lasts longer. When I drink the Vanilla. I mix it up, and sometimes add some frozen strawberry slices, then blend. I recommend this protein powder. I enjoy the taste, when blended, it is not chalky. I have not tried the shaking method with any powder. I am sold on True Fit, as it is versatile, and when poured over ice, It makes 2 full, large glasses. I have it mid-morning, as breakfast, and I am full until supper, and have more energy.. The 2 glass True Fit breakfast is 230 calories total, with the milks I use. You cannot beat that, for a good for you meal that lasts all day.

I have tried other shakes but have never really had one that I could say that I enjoyed drinking. I found this by Googling "best meal replacement shake". It was listed as the #1 for taste, price, and quality. The article did not lie! These shakes taste terrific, keep me feeling full, and are reasonably priced. I bought the chocolate flavor first, as it was the recommended flavor in the article I read. Per the instructions, I mix one scoop with 10 oz of liquid (my choice is unsweetened vanilla almond milk) and blend it in my shaker bottle. It mixes easily with no clumps, lumps, or grit. In fact, the consistency is almost velvety. It is so creamy and delicious that I have also purchased the vanilla and the churro flavors. They are also quite tasty, but the chocolate is by far my favorite. Let me just say that I am not a chocolate person. I always choose vanilla cake over chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream over chocolate. However, this chocolate shake is so amazing I do prefer it to the vanilla shake. Add powdered peanut butter to the chocolate shake for a Reese's Cup flavor. Add the powdered p.b. to the vanilla for a creamy peanut butter shake. Add the peanut butter and a banana to either the chocolate or vanilla. As for the churro? It's like the milk leftover in a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (YUM!). I like to mix 8 oz. of the unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 2 oz. of Tazo Chai Concentrate to the Churro flavor for an iced Chai Latte. All. So. Freaking. Good. Not only does this shake taste amazing it also keeps me feeling full and energized for hours. By drinking one for breakfast and one for lunch, I easily max-out my protein goal every day. I really feel like I am not compromising my nutrition by using these to replace 2 of my daily meals. I am so glad that I found these products. Thanks, RSP! (How about strawberry flavor next?)

This is my first time using this protein powder brand and I have to say I do like that it has the added probiotics. The powder texture is very lightweight and isn’t chalky; the size of the container is definitely worth the price. I will say I was hoping for more of a pistachio flavor with the Dubai chocolate, but it is very good. It is more of a light pistachio aftertaste. Great for added protein and makes me feel full after having a shake with skim milk. Great for meal replacement or for supplemental protein between meals. The prebiotics definitely support gut health and I noticed it helps with supporting digestion and regularity with going to the bathroom. Will definitely order this again!

I've used Shakeology for years but it's just too expensive. I tried different proteins, ones from walmart, etc. but they were chalky or terrible tasting. This protein is SO GOOD! It shakes up good and can even drink it with just water and it has a good taste. Of course if you jazz it up with fruits and make a protein shake it's a chef's kiss!

I was “influenced” to buy this and I am impressed with the clean ingredients and how easy it is on the stomach. I have used many different brand of protein powder and I also like that it does not contain xylitol, which is so bad for your heart, but the taste 😭. It is very earthy tasting and even when I mix it with fruit, the flavor is so overpowering, I can’t even taste the fruit.

I have never come across a protein powder that tastes good. I got the vanilla and blended with milk, blueberries or strawberries and it’s so fulfilling and good.

I was drawn to try Truefit because of the excellent high quality ingredients, like grass fed whey & real fruits & veggies, also love that there's probiotics... it fully dissolves very easily, & the flavour is good, although it's too sweet for me (I find all protein/meal-replacement powders are heavily over-sweetened) - I'd love if they made a 'half-sweet' version of the vanilla, or an unsweetened one that I could mix half & half with my regular vanilla. I really like that it's more than just protein powder, I think it's the fibre that really helps keep me full all day. Especially for the price, RSP does an incredible job of making high quality, good tasting meal-replacement shakes - I highly recommend!

Easy to mix in milk, water or even your morning coffee. Has a nice well mixed chocolate taste. No after taste like proteins of old. This is also a meal replacement. Smells good too. I have bought a bunch of these in the past.

Blends nicely in just water, and it's got a nice light vanilla taste. No bloating either which is the best!

In my opinion, best product out there for a meal replacement protein powder. I can't understand why they don't sell this product here any longer. Taste was very good, and the ingredients are FAR better than any I tried or found (original recipe) TBH

I workout 3/4 times a week and drink this after each workout as a lunch meal replacement. It keeps me full until dinner time. I've definitely noticed that I feel less sore the next day. This is the first protein powder I've ever tried and I must say, it tastes absolutely delicious. I got the chocolate flavour and usually mix it with cold oat milk. The texture is slightly thick but not too thick which, honestly, I actually quite like. It tastes much like a dessert or milkshake! It's sweet with a tiny hint of saltiness which I feel enhances the chocolate flavour! I will definitely re-purchases once I finish this tub.
