Love the one hand operation and powdery smooth spray
Love this Pulsify after I replaced the Raindance due to a leak at the handle. It is 4-inch, a bit smaller than the Raindance, but it does not feel smaller at all but rather more soothing and powdery. The massage mode is strong enough for hair wash. The one hand operation to switch between the 3 modes is a game changer for me.

Easy replacement
Used it to replace an older hand held Grohe head. So easy to just unscrew the old one and screw this one.

The water pressure is low and not good. Raindance series is better.

I like the shower head because its forcefull but gentle. Saves on water. The price is good. If you can afford the 5 inch one its even better.
