If you don’t see the words “unrefined” , “expeller pressed / “cold pressed” on any bottle, just simply understand that it is refined oil.

I just bought to cook with but the bottle says external use only but your description says both. Why?

The FDA, in an abundance of caution based on animal studies, requires ALL mustard oil for sale in the United States to be marked as "For External Use Only" due to naturally occurring erucic acid.
