BulletProof InstaMix Grass Fed Butter and Brain Octane 14 Single Serve Packets by BulletProof

So thankful for this. The packets are perfect for travel. I put this in my coffee when I am fasting.

I am a recovering alcoholic / drug abuser (IV heroin). I just celebrated 4 years of sobriety and I decided that I want to take my self to a super elevated level by using natural products. I started using MANY different products such as ; wheatgrass , turmeric , Intramax by Drucker Labs , lions mane mushrooms and a few others. After starting out on these products (approximately 3 weeks) I came across BulletProof coffee and decided to add it to the rest of the products I was taking. I was hoping / expecting a more profound effect as far as focus and energy but it hasn't happened yet. I might be getting less of an effect due to the interaction with all the other stuff that I am taking so I am definitely NOT counting this product out yet. I will say that I have experienced a very profound effect in regards to the nutrition / diet aspect of the Bulletproof though. I no longer feel like I need to snack or eat ANYTHING other than my 2 square meals that I eat a day now and to me that is a HUGE WIN! It is profound enough for me to continue ordering the product even if the focus and energy never increase and that should say a lot!

I decided to purchase this product as a sort of trial-run. Instead of investing in the parts separately (which is probably more cost effective if you are going to drink it every day, but I haven't actually done the math on how much), I went with the easy-to-use packets. I've had too many failed attempts (a HUGE thing of cholrella powder that I flew to Europe with to live at a yoga center where the fare was vegan/vegetarian only to never open it. I am the worst!) SO - to make giving the 16/8 method of intermittent fasting a real shot, I did the "know thyself" conversation and set myself up for success with the InstaMix packets. I've found that the morning grazing I formed a habit around is taken care of by a firm NO before noon. I wake up between 5:30 and 6am and so I was worried at first about how this would be, but my current plan has me having a bulletproof coffee around 7 or 8, and then eating between noon-8 and then fasting the rest. My stomach (that I'd expanded thanks to over a year at a yoga center where it was buffet style gourmet vegetarian and vegan food three times per day) now feels satisfied from less. I look forward to the first meal and I feel good. Also, the mix is super tasty. YUM.

Tastes great, nice and creamy. Does not dissolve well. Piping hot coffee, stirred and stirred, lumps never really went away.

I was a hard core vegan for 6 years. Then I red pilled to the truth of how damaging and destructive the vegan diet and lifestyle is to us and the planet. I went Keto, and fatty, grass fed beef, cheese and eggs, no to low carbs. I was interested in the Bulletproof product line because it was a pure, clean and nutrition dense addition to my health. So I ordered a number of your products to stock up, as survival stash. ( Not sure of their long term shelf life?). I LOVE the Instamix for my coffee, and have tried the Fudge bars. They were a bit crumbly and dry, but still have a great taste. I got lucky when a good friend, who is a doctor, gave me a bunch of your Bulletproof products as Christmas gifts. I couldn't have gotten anything better! I hope to keep a continuous stock of your products in my pantry, and rotate them around expiration dates. I am soooooo glad I am no longer vegan.
