This is not vape juice. It a flavoring which can be added to food, drinks and vape juice. It shoukdnt affect sleep unless you react to menthol/mint products in that way, normally.

how exactly can I use this to turn non-menthol cigarettes into menthol cigarettes?

I open my pack of cigarettes and place 1-2 drops directly to the top of each filter. I keep the pack upright for a few minutes to let the menthol drops saturate the filter. The first time I tried it I only used 1 drop on 1 cigarette to see if it would work. You'll be the judge if you think it needs more. It will not destroy the filter or paper.
