After trying several devices to alleviate my sleep apnea (incredibly the testing revealed I stop breathing 8x an hour and that is rated MILD!) I am having a very hard time finding one that is tolerable through the night, mainly because they are just too large and cause jaw pain.This one has worked so far, according to the snore app I am using it absolutely done the job of stopping the apnea and even my snoring has been reduced to mainly "quiet" or moderate. That is huge, especially when apnea has caused heart and blood pressure issues severe enough to cause ER visits needing drug intervention.Not that I would describe it as totally comfortable but I can get to sleep and my anxiety of having a stroke in the middle of the night has been greatly relieved.

I've bought 3 different types of these on Amazon. And 3 years ago they used to be 30 bucks and five times the quality. This one is loose, the rubbery tooth mold material literally melted out of one side when I put it in not even boiling water for 30 seconds, not even the whole time. It was melted to the bottom of a plastic bowl. Then when I fitted it into my mouth, despite getting the largest size, it fits very poorly and is very extremely loose and squeaky between the two parts. And don't even think about adjusting it like it says you can do. You have to manually pull it apart roughly and then hope for the best when you snap it back together. This thing is complete garbage. I don't get it because all they had to do was copy someone else, which they did, but they did it extremely poorly. For American made this is a joke. Who knows that the American made part is even true these days. No one seems to care. Do not buy this or anything that looks like this version. It will make you very unhappy.

I had an issue with a piece my guard cracking as I was taking it apart to clean and emailed the company with a picture and my invoice. The response was immediate and they sent a replacement right away. 5-star service!! I love this guard because I was able to get a size that fit my mouth perfectly instead of the guards that are one-size-fits all. I don’t have someone to tell me if it helps my snoring, but I can tell it’s working because it does help me breathe better at night. I don’t wake up with that horrible feeling in my throat from snoring. Highly recommend as a reasonably-priced alternative to the more expensive guards.

Got these for my partner who snores a lot during the night. This made my partner gag when he would swallow. They took 3 or so times to mold. They were uncomfortable before going to bed. When my partner was sleeping, he soon woke up with the mouth guard out of his mouth on the bed.We were really hoping this would help.

First off, I desperately wanted this to work. I have "slight" sleep apnea and didn't want to spend $500 on a custom mouth guard without testing something out first. Unfortunately, I only experienced the negative aspects of this product. First off the arrows they reference in the instructions are VERY hard to see. The molding part was easy because I've done it 100 times with mouth guards for sports. Just read instructions and don't overheat it. Secondly, it is made to shift your jaw forward which immediately puts your jaw in an unnatural position, even at the lowest setting and your jaw will hurt. Finally, it is designed to keep you breathing through your mouth ALL NIGHT LONG. You try and keep your mouth closed and breath through your nose a little, but it's pretty large and you can't help but mouth breath. The problem with mouth breathing for what should be a now relaxing 8 hour sleep is the driest mouth and throat you will ever have. Keeping in mind I slept for ONE hour, not eight, before waking up to the worst dry mouth ever and then tossed it across the room. I'm pessimistic so I knew it wouldn't work, so I'm not shocked.

Since I always start reviews with positives, I want you to know that I have no problem with this product's build quality. It's sturdy, molds well, and certainly gives you enough air space during for those nights when you're just too congested to breathe through your nose.For me, that's where the positives stop, however. This thing held my mouth open to the point where it was painful on my jaws. I'm not a small man by any means--this isn't a case where I should have looked around for a smaller size. As a general rule with these things, if they hurt your jaws just MOLDING the product, you're not going to like how your jaws feel in the morning after USING it. Also, if you can't keep your mouth closed while relaxed, you're going to drool all over your pillow. Please keep this in mind if you've found similar devices too large in the past.(Update) While this is listed as a non-returnable item, the seller reached out to me after having read my review and offered me a full refund. I was not expecting that, and the gesture was very much appreciated. Good customer service is worth a couple of stars in my book.

This mouthpiece is well-designed and very comfortable to use. The adjustable feature makes it easy to find the perfect fit, and it comes in different sizes which is a big plus. The quality feels professional, and it really helps reduce snoring for a better night’s sleep.
