I love this and cannot believe the value! It is very well made, and I love the piping which is just enough support to the seam without making it stiff. I bought the twin XL in the thick version. I live in Phoenix but like to keep the windows open at night so it gets as low as the low 60s -- well, before global warming when it's still 91 degrees in November. (When does this end?) It's light weight and comfortable, and while warm enough though, it isn't too warm. It comes wrapped in shrink wrap and was a bit tight to wrangle out of the packaging, and it was so compressed that I didn't know if it would puff up, but couple of good shakes, and it did. I'll put it in a low dryer with the duvet after washing the duvet just to give it whatever lift it has left. As for the fabric, it is a good quality, high thread count cotton which feels like an Egyptian cotton, which means that it is so smooth it can feel slippery to some people. But it is definitely not poly or microfiber. I wouldn't put it in the washer unless necessary and think a duvet over it and turning it back for half an hour or so to let it and the mattress breathe is enough unless you go to bed filthy. (Take a shower; what's wrong with you?) I definitely recommend this.

I’m so glad a I chose this duvet. It’s not easy to find high-quality cotton items (microfibre has glutted the market). It’s wonderfully puffy, lightweight, and warm. It’s so great I purchased a second one to gift. The description says for year-round use, but without air conditioning in your bedroom, you will be very warm I have a light-weight silk duvet for summertime because the condo where I live is unbearably hot, even in October. I’m impressed with this duvet’s quality and am pleased to be purchasing from one of the smaller companies on Amazon. Love supporting small businesses!

I am a hot sleeper in the summer and was searching for a duvet insert that was cozy without making me feel overheated. I was so glad to give this light weight duvet a try. The quality of this duvet insert is top notch. Although this lightweight duvet is thin, it still keeps me warm, cozy and comfortable all night. I am so pleased with this down alternative insert!

I really searched to find the right duvet and I’m so glad I found this one. It arrived in great time. I simply put it in the drier to fluff it up which it did. We were able to use it that night. It’s a lovely weight which keeps you warm without overheating. It has that nice cotton feel and is excellent quality. The tags hold the duvet within the cover really well. I will certainly buy again.

Perfect weight. We’d looked for an ultra lightweight duvet in the past but none fit the bill. This one was just right. It keeps us warm without the weight. The price was great too. We have a Queen bed but bought the FULL size as we just need it for under our quilt. Works like a charm!
