I’ve tried to contact the seller for two days with no response. The bike is nice, but the speed is not what they claimed it would be. Would love to hear from the seller. The seller has reached out to me and helped with the issues I had so I’ll tell you that the seller is very responsive. It may take a little while, but they’re very responsive a very nice bike at a reasonable price so I want to say thank you to the seller.

This is my fifth e-bike. First one bought brand new. I love it. It's rather quick, and the ride is so smooth. It gets up to 23.5mph on flat ground with throttle only. It arrived a day earlier than it's earliest expected delivery date. I highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. After riding the bike for a total of 7 times... not only were the back wheel spokes loose when it arrived, had to buy the tool to fix it. It came scratched, The battery only last about 10 miles on throttle only about 18 on pedal assist. But the last straw that made me do this review was the pedal broke in the middle of my ride to work and had to go back and find a ride(my car is in the shop) so im late for work now... save a little more more and get something better

Overall it's a good starter bike. Very heavy and the battery drains quickly. It might need adjustments out of the box and don't be surprised if there is some shipping damage. I'll probably spend more when it's time to replace for a higher quality bike but this was a good intro bike.

This Electric bike handles my 7-mile commute perfectly. The pedal assist levels are intuitive and let me choose how much effort I want to put in. The 25MPH top speed feels stable and safe. Battery life is accurate for my needs, getting me there and back with charge to spare. Very comfortable ride with the front suspension.

Impressed with the features for the price. The 1000W motor provides plenty of power for hills, even on PAS 2. The removable battery is convenient for charging in my apartment. Shimano gears shift smoothly. Dual disc brakes feel responsive and reliable. Assembly was straightforward following the manual

I'm glad with the purchase. I decided to buy the bike since my wife and I live in an area where there are many hills. The bike with it's powerful motor is very handy. No more struggling and sweating when going uphill. Occasionally I commute to work with the bike, when there is no train. I do a physical job, so it used to be a pain to cycle to work with my old bike. Now I look forward to it with my E- bike!

The battery or the mileage is way shorter than the estimated 40 miles. You might get 20 out of a charge.
