Rotring 1904-256 Rapid Pro Mechanical Pencil 0.7mm Silver [Official Japanese Product]

The pencil arrived a day earlier than expected. It writes really smooth and looks good as the whole pencil is metallic black. The pencil wasn't as heavy as I thought (I would have preferred heavier), but it still had a decent weight in my hand.

メタル、非常にピカピカで、カッコいい。この光具合は日本製では無い、というか、そこまで光らせないと思える。 表現できないほど、カッコいい、ということです！！

ステッドラー、七星、と様々な2mm芯ホルダーを利用しましたが、これがダントツで良いです。 芯削り器を利用する時、どうしても芯を長めに出して削る必要があるのですが、削った後に少し戻す動作がとてもスムーズに行えます。 ノックを押しっぱなしにするのは、他商品も同じなのですが、真の戻りと送り出しのスムーズ加減はこの商品がピカイチです。 重心も良く、重さで疲れるかと思ったのですが気になりませんでした。 私は大丈夫ですが、人によっては握り部分のギザギザが痛いと感じるかもしれません。

使いやすいです。重宝してます。

めっちゃ書きやすいくて高級感がありまくりです。書いてると疲れるかなと思っていたが低重心で持ちやすいので疲れにくいです

ノック部分が硬く親指にストレスを感じる もう少しノックの頭部分大きくして欲しい

Disappointed with the pencil. It feels well crafted and has a nice weight to it but there is too much play in the thread which results in the top part being able to move slightly when writing, so it actually ends up feeling pretty flimsy despite the weight. Disappointed as I thought this was going to be worth the money I spent but I wouldn't recommend

Rotring is probably my favourite lead holder brand and this latest clutch is a welcomed addition to my growing collection. Nice weight, sturdy and I love the action for lead advancement. I use it mainly for sketching/drawing with some note taking on the side.

I have used lots of pentel and staedler pencils before but ROTRING RAPID PRO/ROTRING 600 IS THE BEST and this statement is gonna remain universal untill the end of time. IT WILL MAKE YOU QUIT YOUR PARKER PEN AND ADOPT THE PENCIL WAY OF WRITING. ☺ ------------------------------------------------------------ CONS The single con of this pencil is the screws joint behind the red ring (refer my attached images) that is made of plastic, metal would have been nice but considering you don't need to unscrew it very often it would still go strong for lifetime.

The weight and feel of this pencil are perfect, making it an essential part of my design work. I mainly use it for note-taking and sketches and I buy the .7mm because it is less apt to snapping the lead. I WISH they made this pencil in .9mm for my red lead (red is even more fragile). I had a bonding moment with a client recently who pulled out a leather case with several Rotrings, in a variety of lead weights and we geeked out for a few minutes over how much we love these mechanical pencils.
