Ok, so I knew I was going to blind-buy this as soon as the Ice Pop trio was announced: a fruity gourmand in a beautiful and somewhat kitschy bottle? Yes, please!! I'm happy to say, it definitely lived up to my expectations, with a sweet, summer fruit scent that is not at all overpowering. Actually, I wish I could crank it up about 15% in both longevity and sillage to really enjoy all the notes... I would say it definitely skews more fun and youthful than mature/professional, but that's kind of the point, imo. It's carefree, eating popsicles, running through the sprinklers on a hot afternoon...and as ephemeral as the summer days it evokes. I think the price is great for what you get, especially since it seems most of the worthwhile fragrances of late are easily $100+. And I'm a sucker for a cool bottle, whether it's elegantly minimal or a total novelty, so long as it's constructed well. This fits the bill, with one minor exception in that it's not totally intuitive as to how to get the lid off (gotta twist and *then* pull). I always make sure to pull from as close to the base of the popsicle stick as possible for fear of it breaking off, but that is probably just be a "me" issue! It does feel like quality construction...I just like to worry about things. As for spray effectiveness, um, I'm not really sure how to answer... The spray nozzle works just fine! Or if "effectiveness" is referring to the perfume's ability to attract or repel folks I encounter, I'd say most probably don't even notice it, though a few have said it smells good and even "happy". :) Overall, 9/10 for me as I do wish it had slightly more presence, but the notes are great, the price is right, and the nostalgia is hittin'! Possibly will buy a backup cos who knows how long it'll be around and/or easy to find...

My bottle was chipped. It smells like blue-berries but not blueberries. I don't get any cotton candy. It's not sweet gourmand like I expected. Bottle was near impossible to open(read the sticker on the inside of the bottle top for instructions). This should've been $50 not $80

I absolutely love this perfume! I get asked what I’m wearing every time I have it on. I only wish the scent lasted longer - but it lasts comparably to other perfumes in this price range.
