It’s user friendly and pretty self explanatory.

I use these for my 7 yr old, she goes to PT and they had recommended it for her. She finds it comfortable because you can control the amount of suction it gives. I feel that it has helped her. This could also be used for sore muscles n such, my husband loves that for pain relief. It is a thick silicon so I imagine that it will be long lasting and durable.

They feel safer, easier to handle, and way less intimidating. If you’re familiar with cupping or comfortable with the technique, I think these could work really well for you. Overall, a nice set — just be prepared to practice a bit to get the hang of it. I’d recommend them, especially if you want a gentler alternative to glass.

You simply press it onto the area with tension and leave it for 3–5 minutes. After using it on my shoulders, I felt a big release in both tightness and headaches. It’s also super easy to use — I can apply it to most areas by myself. The set comes with three different sizes: small, medium, and large. The large one works perfectly for my back, while the medium and small sizes are great for shoulders. The smallest one is perfect for targeting specific points on arms and legs — it’s amazing! My PT let me know that cupping actually works for breaking up tightness from scar tissue, and these have done such a great job! Nice small pack of cups to use, very simple to use. Appreciated that this smaller size pack existed as I did not need many.

I had high hopes for it from the 5 stars but unfortunately, this did not work out for me.
