It really works for 24 hours!
excellent anti-acid indigestion tablets - just as good as the expensive "Nexium" - does work for a full 24 hours. changed my life as i no longer need to drink Gaviscon all the time! i get indigestion from everything so never seem to be free of it... yes the package is sometime squashed but it doesn't matter as the pills are not lose. All have always been in tacked when i receive them. most importantly though it works!!

I normally buy Nexium. This has been as effective for me. Same results, much lower cost.
