The Thermaltake Pacific MX1 Plus will fit LGA 115x sockets, including LGA 1151.

Either fan header at the top of the motherboard. The one that says CPU OPTion is best for the pump and at least one (best to have a fan splitter ) of the fans into the one that says CPU fan so the motherboard can control the fan speed when your CPU gets warm.

Hello, yes, the W4 Plus CPU waterblock is apart of the "Plus Family" product line and works with the TT SYNC controller to allow you to covert to ARGB 5V control through your MB header and controlled by the motherboards RGB software.
