TOP NOTCH!!! I wasn't expecting a "psychedelic high" I didn't really have any expectations. But I noticed that the high concetration of Lions Mane is perfect for a very powerful and potent mental clarity effect. And this is just as potent and power as getting "high" or having a "psychedelic trip". So my recommendation is to start off with the recommended dosages to get used to the uplifted awareness sensation and feeling, then go from there. But all in all I loved it and I would most definantly try it again in the future. Maybe increasing the dosages each time :p. I bought these and took them to Mexico with me. First time I took them was at a hotel with a pool. It was two things for me, a body experience, and some visuals. My body was easily trembling when I was cold or had anxiety but the visuals were nice wavy. Nothing too crazy but slightly colorful. I took 2. Then I took the rest at the airport back home (two again). I was on the plane and THANK GOD the plane ride was so chill! I was just chillin with my earphones and my music, and felt like my imagination was really heightened listening to music. I also felt anxious asf tho noticing the person next to me fidgeting for their life but I just closed my eyes and tried to keep my energy to myself. But after I got off the plane and had to go through the border, MAN MY BODY TOOK A TOLL. I felt sooooo slumped... never in my life have I felt so slumped. And you know how much you have to walk at an airport... I also tried them again when I was home after a year or so and definitely don't recommend if you don't have a plan and just chillin at home or maybe it was just me lol. I think I just took one but that was my last time ever trying them. The silence felt like a knife. I ended up just watching visuals on youtube to calm myself down but man did I feel so like, out of pocket. Just expect your body to feel a toll after taking these!!
