Hi there! Crayola products are certified non-toxic. Crayola art materials also carry the statement "Conforms to ASTM D-4236" to show we conform to these standards as well. Q: Do they stain sofas or carpets?

Since the Crayola twistables crayons are not made with Crayola’s washable formula, I would not recommend letting children color on carpets, sofas or walls with them as the pigments in them may stain those surfaces. I would suggest supervising small children while using these. Crayola twistables products are not recommended for children under 3 years of age
