Great taste. I really have liked the unwind mio. It helps after a long day. The magnesium seems to help. Im not sure if it is because it is already in an aqueous state and so it is easier for the body to absorb. But tha is my guess.

I love the taste! It doesn’t have a gross artificial sugar taste. No aftertaste. And I definitely feel a little relaxed after drinking a couple glasses of water. I would for sure recommend this product !

No caffeine! I’m so hooked on this Mio flavor! No caffeine or sodium. It does use Stevia for a slight sweet flavor. A little goes a long way. Use sparingly. Enjoy with confidence!
