These vitamins seem to be what I needed! I'm type 2 diabetic and have needed the fiber, as well as the B12, to help. This is better than taking a semaglutide shot, and I think it works even better without side effects, too. It helps control my appetite and keeps things moving. There is a little aftertaste, but overall it's a good orange flavor. They smell like straight vitamin C tablets I had when I was a kid. I think I will keep taking them. Plus, the price is great!

Please consult with your doctor before taking these. I am on a GLP-1 medication and have some 'holes' in my nutrition, and experience constipation from a decreased intake of fiber. These gummies have helped with that issue, and also help knock back nausea. They taste good, and are easy to chew, but are bigger than comparable gummies. The price isn't bad for the supplement either, compared to competitors. I have been using Vitafusion products for many years and have never had a problem with lack of quality issues and have been very happy with the product.

It's a good supplement. Works well to help go. A little tough to chew, but not that bad. The taste and smell are pleasant, nice, and citrusy.

I started taking this supplement since I have cut some calories during the winter and wanted to try the claim that this formula helps to fill the nutritional gap. It does contain fiber so that might help. The gummies are small squares and have a pleasant sweet flavor. Easy to chew and not too sticky! Not certain EXACTLY what it does but will be sure to research further.

They're okay The taste is just okay but they're kind of hard to chew they're not like the other vitafusion ones I bought probably won't purchase them again

Great tasting vitamin that has everything you need if you're on a GLP. Also great quality for the price and very straight to the point vitamin that covers all your bases!

One of my biggest things since being on a GLP-1 shot is that I often feel like I am lacking nutrients (I know my eating factors in this). I was also starting to shed hair much more than normal- not to the point of balding but just more than before. I will say that when I was taking these regularly, I definitely felt more lively and didn't notice as much hair in the shower drain. Overall, I'd say they are worth a try and they do taste just like a fruit snack.
