I bought a collection of these exercise bands in variuos strengths. I have found them to be of very good value, At the age of 72 I find the blue bands very good to use.

I ordered the 2m one which I would recommend as it gives you the ability to do different workouts due to the longer length. The material feels really strong and durable. I went for the X-heavy (Black) band and it is perfect for me. Not too tight and not too slack (just right). The band also came with a useful little booklet that gives you some exercise moves that can be done which was helpful. I would highly recommend this band, great price, good quality, can't fault it.

Good quality product. I found the 1.2 metre a bit short and the 2m. a bit long! Used after shoulder op as recommended by physio.

Resorted to these during gymless lockdown and find I can still get a proper workout with these resistance bands. They are of good quality (better than other brands I have tried) with consistent tensile strength so I felt I could use these confidently without any concern they would tear or snap. Exercise instructions can be downloaded for use and there is a very good ebooklet with advice on workouts, form and general fitness. I particularly appreciated the follow up help that was given by Chris when I had a query and - one further point - at a time when some businesses seek to profit by these times of lockdown difficulty, it was good to deal with a firm that offered quality goods at fair prices. I bought the black (x-heavy) band for stretching and resistance exercises. If you lift weights and have rest days or days when you feel you may risk an injury these are excellent for keeping your arms moving and flexing on the days when you don't lift. It did take a few days before I figured out the best ways to use it (wrapped around my hands, stretching behind back, over head, pulled down towards chest) but once it became comfortable to use it became an every day activity and I can feel and see the difference in my arm's mobility and joint/muscle strength since I started using them. I expected them to snap and they haven't. I regularly stand on it and push upwards with it wrapped around my hands to a full vertical stretch and they have survived perfectly. I bought an extra one too so I can double them up for extra resistance. First resistance bands I've ever bought and I am very pleased with them, they've become a part of my daily routine and have survived 4 months of almost daily use. They smell like rubber when they are brand new though so be prepared to smell a bit like rubber yourself after using them for the first week or two. I have also recommended these bands to a few friends. If mine ever break I will definitely buy them from here again.

The band is a great way to tone or build muscles. Great quality band and even comes with an instruction e-booklet to help users with the different workouts.
