I paid something around $70 for 14 oz of this stuff, and it's pretty much exactly what I expected. It's real salmon roe, it's not spoiled, half the eggs are deflated, it tastes preserved, it's goopy, and it hits the spot when you have a craving for salmon roe. Did take a little while to ship but it got here pretty quick once the carrier had the package. I believe it shipped from somewhere in NY so keep that in mind if you're worried about it spoiling in transit. The ice packs were mostly melted by the time it got to me in CO but it's cold enough outside here and the product inside still felt quite cold so I'm not worried about it. TL;DR It's not high quality stuff but it's good enough and relatively affordable so I would definitely buy it again the next time the urge hits.

The roe itself is smaller than a number one. The skin “texture” is thin and melts in your mouth, the color is vibrant which is excellent. Good quality. It’s a tad bit salty but put in with something anything. It taste very fresh and clean. the price and the quantity is more than reasonableoverall I would rate it a 9+ out of 10.

Absolutely terrible! It arrived warm just now. I got an opened and it was warm. Had to throw it all out. Do not buy this product!

The use of dry ice was a brilliant decision, as the jars remained cold upon unpacking, assuring me that the product would not spoil. Now, about the product itself: the caviar is truly magnificent! It has a grainy texture with a moderate saltiness that allows you to enjoy its flavor without being overwhelming. A pleasant surprise was the absence of a strong fishy smell, which can often accompany such products. My entire family was pleased, and we happily added this caviar to our meals. I think its a good caviar. The shipping was excellent, the packaging etc. The quality of the product is great. I did not want to mention this, but I got a horrible heart burn after the first try, I was so happy to open the caviar, it looks amazing, and the glass jar is large, comparing to the sizes of caviar I regularly buy at International stores, but I got heart burn, and it was over, I cannot eat it no more and I had to trash it, unfortunately. Sometimes caviar is too salty, and the drop of vinegar would fix this problem, but what I got was unbelievable and it lasted a couple days. The second jar can be stored in refrigerator for my visitors, if any, maybe they have stronger stomachs.
