I have a vitamin d deficiency according to a blood test, but if I take this dose my blood test comes back good. I'm still new to these pills. They smell very clean. I literally replaced 6 pills with 1. It's great and rice is better than the cheap oil that was put in my old pills. This is how much vitamin D3 I need to not be in pain. I'll report back after a while. This is my first day taking them. Been taking them for a while. The pills are great. They work to prevent pain.

Good product, arrived quickly

If you weren't aware, high potency vitamin D mixed with K2 being the activator, can really help with nerve pain such as sciatica in my case. I rotate brands as prices fluctuate but try to stick with 20,000 IU which is roughly 4x the daily value for the average person without ailments. Its not dangerous in any way. I have never heard of a single person NOT benefiting from extra vitamin D. I've been doing it for several years daily and its definitely minimized my sciatic nurve pain. Its no miracle cure ut every little bit helps as you age. This brand seems to be high quality.

High amount of vitamin D3 plus K2. Good value for the money. I would have preferred them in coconut oil instead of rice powder, but couldn't fin 20,000 iu in coconut oil with the K2. But, these will do the job

Ich nehme diese Vitamin D3 + K2 Tropfen regelmäßig ein. Laut meinen Blutwerten haben sich meine Vitamin-D-Werte im Laufe der Zeit verbessert. Da ich an Osteoporose leide, gehört Vitamin D für mich schon seit Jahren zur täglichen Routine. Die Kombination mit Vitamin K2 in Tropfenform hat mich hier besonders überzeugt. Die Dosierung mit 1000 I.E. Vitamin D3 pro Tropfen ist sehr praktisch, da sich die Menge individuell anpassen lässt und keine Kapseln geschluckt werden müssen. Ich nehme täglich 1–2 Tropfen, je nach Bedarf, idealerweise zu einer Mahlzeit. Da Vitamin D fettlöslich ist, nehme ich die Tropfen zusammen mit fetthaltigen Lebensmitteln ein, z. B. mit Joghurt, Quark, Avocado, Nüssen oder einer Mahlzeit mit etwas Öl (mache mir immer ein Schluck Leinöl ins Müsli😋). So lassen sie sich gut in den Alltag integrieren und werden optimal aufgenommen. Die Tropfen sind geschmacksneutral, lassen sich gut dosieren und kommen ohne unnötige Zusätze aus. Ein entscheidender und sehr wichtiger Punkt für mich. Positiv finde ich auch, dass das Produkt vegetarisch und laborgeprüft ist. Die Flasche ist sehr ergiebig und macht insgesamt einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Gerade in den dunkleren Monaten empfinde ich mein Energielevel und meine Stimmung als stabiler😊. Insgesamt eine hochwertige, unkomplizierte Vitamin-D3-K2-Lösung mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Klare Empfehlung👌. Es wird sicher nicht die letzte Flasche sein😉!
