Is this for any color car? It doesn’t have any color to it?

Toyota / Lexus colors have numbers not names, for instance their white is 040 and the color you have is 00C . 00C is "Clear Coat" which is the one they use for clear (no color) on top of another any color. All touch ups have clear coat as the top coat so the color coat doesn't pick up dirt.

Just don't eat or inhale the product, or it's fumes in high concentrations, and you'll be fine. It doesn't bite
