I have used these for only a few days and I have already seen a huge difference in my strength and muscle definition!I will caveat that I work out almost everyday. I am only starting to get into supplements now and I had no idea what a difference they can clearly make - this feels like cheating! It is crazy I’m able to get muscle definition within a week with the same exercise routine as I’ve had over a year. It would normally take me months or a year to get to this amount of progress. These also taste so good (and I don’t like candy).

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I heard and watched so many videos on this product. I have been using it for a week straight so far. I can’t see the changes yet, but will update later. Taste:I don’t know how people say they like the taste.. I’ve tasted better creatinine gummies before. These one really have a chalky texture to it.Ease of use:It is very good to use and according to the recommendations you’re supposed to take 3 daily. I usually separate into the 3 meals of the day.

I had purchased these gummies twice. The first time was fine. But the second time I ordered it, the gummies tasted different. Very salty. This tells me that the taste for these Gummies is not consistent. I’m also not sure if the second time the gummies were a bad batch. Given the high cost of these companies, I would expect more consistency. I feel bad because I have to throw out the second packet, and wasting $50 down the drain.

I’ve only taken these 3 days but I think people with texture or taste issues should know… these taste AWFUL! Actually I don’t know why they bothered to label them a flavor and they are so chalky. Just be prepared!!

Bought these about 2 months ago, they were slightly chalky but I honestly liked it because it still had a good flavor and I felt like it had true to measure creatine in each of them, just bought a new bag last week and they are not as chalky more of a regular gummy! I think they did that because people were complaining how they were chalky, but they’re good either way. I’ve taken a lot of different creatine, and this is by far my favorite I definitely see more of a strict tone in my muscles and body mass with this brand.

Great product! If you are a fit woman and don’t mind a little bit of sugar, this is excellent. I couldn’t take any creatine before because it was very upsetting to my stomach, but these are tasty, easy to digest, and gentle on my stomach. The results are great—more energy, better muscle development, and even improved concentration.

I bought these thinking that there were 5g of creatine in each gummy. I couldn't understand why they said to take 3 a day. That was really slick at $45 a bottle. I will never buy these again with so many alternatives.
