These are good quality, comfortable and the right size for my size 11 foot. I like socks that fit snugly around the ankle, and as you can see from the image, the socks go all the way up your ankle, near the shin. They're good for spring and fall with a pair of sneakers. They're not designed for athletics, rather for everyday wear. I like the mostly cotton material; this blend has just enough stretch to keep them up. At the same time the synthetic should make them wear longer. We'll see. I would have awarded these comfortable socks five stars but they're a bit pricey.

I got these novelty socks because my son and I love race cars. They were a good laugh getter when I revealed them. Since the initial chuckles wore off they socks have been comfortable to wear and somewhat understated, causing more than one person to look closer to see what was on them.They're made nicer than lots of socks you see at novelty stores. They're nicer than the last pack of dress socks I got from Macy's. For a single pair they're a little on the premium priced side but they look and feel good, so it seems justified.They stretch to fit my size 5XXW son and my 10.5D foot just fine.
