Good as described, it helped alot with the hair falling which was noticed few weeks after its usage.

Tablets are small and easy to swallow. Quantity for the price is excellent. Derms say Bioting dont work but as soon as I stop using this product my hair thins out and I start losing a lot of hair. Wont hurt my stomach if I take it without food. No taste whatsoever.
