Update!!! The issue we had was due to an error with the plumber's installation, not the shower system! I changed the review from a 1-star to a 4-star. I love the shower system, but a lot of the issues could have been resolved if the installation instructions had been clearer. The manufacturer is a little difficult to contact. There isn't a phone number to call and the answers (emails) come from China. Don't expect an immediate response. In our experience, when there is an issue and you are able to get in touch with the manufacturer, they will keep responding until the issue is resolved. The only other thing that could be beneficial is to add a small strip of material to make it easier to turn the know when it's wet. If you're taking a shower and want to adjust the water temp, it can be difficult to turn the know when your hands are wet. CAUTION!!! Do your research! We are doing a bathroom remodel and purchased this because of the three-way functionality of the heads. The bathroom was finally finished and we tried to use the shower but there's NO COLD WATER! The system only allows hot water through and I almost scalded myself. I've had our plumber back to try to adjust it but haven't had any luck. They've tried to contact the company but haven't heard back from them. We spent almost 30K remodeling a bathroom and shower but can't use the shower. It's very frustrating!!!!

First off, I’m a general contractor in California specializing in insurance losses so I have made a lot of money off failed or improperly installed shower valves. The product looks very solid, not cheap at all and I’ve seen similar products run in the $1500 range from delta or moen. So I’m pleased with the quality/value but still cautiously optimistic to see how it will hold up over the next 10-15 years. Installation was easy-ish, but I’m a contractor and a typical homeowner might have some difficulty. The mounting of the drop ear for installing the shower head, hand held and body jets is not super accurate. If u mount it according to the instructions, the pipe nipple on the hand held and the shower head will be too short, (especially if ur wall is not plumb and you have to set your tile a little thick) so you have to install those drop ear fittings above the substrate not flush with. Anyway, once installed, it seems to work great with plenty of pressure. Time will tell if the unit holds up, but I’m hoping for the best.

I got this shower set because I have MS and my hands don't work well, so I figured it would be easier to have buttons to push instead of a fiddly lever. Well, sadly the buttons stick and I can't use just the spray wand because the shower button won't pop back out. So I sit on my bench wanting to do wash just my feet and can't because the shower head gets me all wet. I paid a plumber a lot to install it and now it sucks. I am on disability and was so excited about this set and how great it would be. And the shower head is very nice and so is the sprayer, but it would be helpful if I could use just the sprayer.
