I have well controlled type 1 diabetes and was battling a mystery illness that came on after surviving a traumatic accident. I was very stressed and had horrible insomnia and nightmares for 3 years. I started to have fevers, neurological and digestive issues. I found going carnivore and taking bovine colostrum(Jarrow) cured my digestive issues, but I still had fevers and what seemed like dementia. I would sometimes forget where I was and have a horrible time remembering and pronouncing words. I tried these alone to start out with and it helped a little, but it was like I wasn't producing enough glutathione for these to help deal with my brain issues. I started taking Liposomal Glutathione (Nutriflair) on it's own and the fevers stopped and I could sleep. But when I took these with the Glutathione and some mustard seed (Happy Belly Brand) for myrosinase, it made a huge difference. I have been sleeping wonderfully for the last 2 months and my dementia symptoms have went away. I am still dealing with a tiny bit of brain fog that gets a little better every day. After 3 years of not sleeping I believe my body lost the ability to detox properly. I have had a lot of inflammation go down and now my glucose levels are great. Before I had mystery highs for not reason all of the time. I am hoping in time I can start eating vegetables again.

Ordered these for the benefit of increased hair growth from the sulphane that broccoli sprouts include. Absorption may be an issue as some sites claim that sulphane is not very bioavailable. We'll see...Its also claimed to help children with autism. Supposedly increases their ability to focus. I gave some to a friend who has a young autistic child. He grinds the pills up and puts them in his sons juice. he approached me the other day and said that both he and his wife noticed an improvement in their childs ability to focus after being on the pills for about three weeks. There arent any know side effects so why not give it a try...

My A1C has dropped from 8.9 to 6.1 in 3 months. My doctor said she has never seen anything like it. She wanted to know what I had changed in my diet. I told her NOTHING! I did not tell her that I had started this supplement. She looked totally dumbfounded when I told her about Broccoli Spouts Extract. My next question was "how low can I go on the A1C?" She said about 5.2. So my insurance provided me with a test meter and I am going for an A1C of 5.2. I will update this review in another three months. I hope everyone has this level of success. I should add that I remain on Januvia 100 mg, which I have been on for a year, but only dropped my A1C to 8.9 and that number was steady until I started Broccoli Sprouts Extract, taking me to 6.1 which is pre-diabetes.

seemed ok hard to tell with vitamins I feel that food products are better absorbed and have more nutrition

After finishing one bottle I'm ordering a second bottle based on two things. First, I noticed a major difference in my daily energy levels (more sustained). Secondly, I felt a major improvement in my breathing. My catdiovascular endurance was improved. Great product!

Some joint pain I assume was arthritis was getting pretty bad in my left hand, so when I read about how sulforaphane helped some people with that problem, I decided to give it a try. My experience was that there was a small degree of instant relief followed by a slow but continued long-term improvement. After a few months of using this product, I can now go for days at a time without feeling a bit of that left-hand pain. That said, don't automatically assume you'll get the same results. I've given large samples of the Broccoli Sprout tablets to three family members with assorted types of joint pain, and none of them reported any noticeable improvement. So I was lucky with my reaction. You may or may not be, but given the low cost and apparent high safety of the broccoli extract, this could well be worth trying, even if it's a bit of a longshot.

Too many negative reactions. Quit using it after a few days.
