I have two reviews. 1). The Sea Salt & Caramel bar is absolutely the best! Great taste and texture. Like that old LAYS Potato Chip commercial, "I can't eat JUST one!" :) 2). I contacted Amazon customer service about this : The outer gray plastic package was in perfect condition and delivered in perfect condition. However, the KIND box itself was tampered with. Instead of 12 bas there were only 11. It was either defective and someone at the Amazon fulfillment center decided to put it in the package anyway without asking a supervisor for advice OR someone (I do NOT know who) decided that they were hungry, open the box and take one for themselves and then put it in the plastic bag for shipping. Either way it's inappropriate. AMAZON winds up having to pay for this and even though Jeff Bezos is making BILLIONS!!!, they absorb the cost and eventually it will get passed along to the consumer.
