I like wearing it on my arm
I prefer to wear it on my arm. This band lets you do that, but it’s not the best. The material stretches, forcing you to always have to readjust.

Ok, but could be better
I have mixed feelings about this band. The arm band is more comfortable than the wrist band, and I have way fewer heart rate anomalies than I do with wrist placement. However, the hydroknit just doesn't have enough grip to not constantly loosen itself. It would also be nice if it had a loop of some sort to hold the extra band material in-line with the rest of the band.

It came without the wood, only the strap
