I got a pair of these in grey for my 2013 Chevy Tahoe. They were very affordable. The color was a perfect match. There are no instructions, different models and years have different door set ups so a universal instruction would not work. Just Google a video for your vehicle. Mine had plastic “rivets” that are melted, you have to drill them out. They provide plenty of screws and washers to secure the arm rest through the holes. It was a perfect fit. My only issues were, on the driver’s side, two of the screw posts on the new arm rest did not match up with the original holes in the door. I had to drill new holes for the screws, no big deal. The other issue is the screws and washers post next to the window control on both sides sticks out to far, and if you screw it in all the way the screws will come through the arm rest. I stacked up a bunch of the extra washers but then the screw and washers interfered with and window control, so I just left those screws out. It didn’t really bother me as this is a 12 year old car and the new arm rest works just fine.

First look out of the box they seemed to be decent. No instructions included, not even a diagram yelling which rivets needed to be drilled or what size bit to use. The screw holes were different for the passenger side one so I had to get extra parts to make it work. They say the armrest area that breaks is reinforced with steel to prevent it from breaking again. After further inspection I didn’t see any steel or metal of any kind just more cheap plastic to break. I was very disappointed with the quality and the fit, not to mention the color is not the same as the replacement. I would have returned for a refund but was in a bind to get this fixed. I will pay the extra money for a better quality replacement when these fail. Beware these are just as cheaply made as the original one that break.

Perfect fit for for my 2014 Chevy suburban. And the quality is very nice. And it paints over perfect to match colors. Great price for what it is. And functions as it should.

No stars if i could. the part didn't fit and I had to go buy more tools to drill holes for a part that I checked all specs and it didn't fit! I had it all took apart with the broken pieces I was gonna replace and I trusted the parts were good. Now im stuck with a left over part that I dont even know what its going to fit
