Love this fabric softener. My daughter is so sensitive and breaks out with so many. This one is so good and she doesn't break out when I use it. It also smells good on the clothes

Packaging was great. No concerns. I actually thought I'd bought laundry soap lol, but that's my fault for not properly reading though. Anyways smells good and my towels feel amazing.

The only fabric softener I use. With a house full of sensitive skin individuals it is difficult to trust every product that says "sensitive skin friendly, no perfumes, no dyes" Ive had experiences where products highlighted those fine points and our skin break out in hives. Downy free and clear does what it says, there's no scent but it certainly softeners the clothes, our skin is happy, the container doesn't leak and is easy to pour and the formula stretches. Great product.
