Mine had 1 week to go. Got it Aug 2, expired Aug 9. Got a refund.

Q: can I order this but with mild salsa instead of medium?

I don't believe there is a choice, it only comes with medium.

Each bag was much larger than I expected. It was more than enough for an adult. They are the size of the LG. Single serve bags in checkout lines at Walmart. Not the tiny size like you'd get to put in child's lunch. Sorry, that's the best way I k ow how to explain. Hope it helps.
