The intake hose doesn’t fit my sink is there something I can buy to replace that will fit this washer ?

Try going to your local home Depot or Lowe's to get a piece or u can get a filter like an oil filter then attach end to your hose

Hello. Can you use the washer and spinner at the same time?

I just purchased my 2nd Zeny, I used the washer and spinner at the same time in my first one all the time. But the reason I bought a second one was because the motor went out on the first one after 2 years. Someone said you are not supposed to spin and wash at the same time because it’s hard on the motor. So I am not spinning and washing on the new one! But it is a great machine, gets our clothes really clean!

How to unclog zeny portable wadher

Try using a straightened metal coat hanger with a tiny loop on one end and pushing it into the drain tube gently using a twisting motion to dislodge the clog, remove the filter and wash it out as well.

Brand new out of the box and the washer won't agitate. Any suggestions?

Make sure it's level. I myself never had that problem.
