Is this the same tea that turns purple when you add something acidic like lemon juice?

No. It is not like the Butterfly Pea Flower tea. I honestly wasn't super impressed with this one - the flavor was okay, but lots of small particles find themselves in your cup. If you want the purple, get the Butterfly Pea Flower tea. I buy that one all the time.

Does it turn your tongue or teeth blue?

Your teeth are more at risk from the assam black tea than the butterfly flower. Its tartar that becomes stained from the tea. Debris on the tongue that can become stained, though it should brush off easily. Rinse after any tea. It can stain.

What is the nutritional content?

The same as any tea. Sort of…there isn’t any? There are no “caloric” contents to this unless you add honey or sugar or milk, just like any kind of tea.

How much does one bag make?

Approximately 20 cups depending on how strong you like it and which method of brewing you use. My bag even still had some leftover by the time it expired. The color changes magenta once lemon is added so you can enjoy the magic of the butterfly flower with this tea.
