These are perfect size for a shorter run! Easy to hold and easy to use mid run !

This is the perfect size for a simple run. I used it on my 3 mile run and it was just the right about of water. Fit perfectly into my running vest. No leaks no smell or taste. Just a quick wash/rinse after every run n let dry should keep it lasting for some time.

I’m only on my second refill (threw the first one out) and though the plastic taste seems to be less than it was on the first fill, it is still noticeable. Perhaps it will further dissipate with more refills, if it doesn’t I will not continue to use it. I’m not a hiker or really much of an outdoorsman, I use it to keep by the bed at night when I wake up with dry mouth. Very convenient and doesn’t spill or drip. The bite valve works great. If the plastic taste doesn’t go away after several fillings, I’ll edit this review, lower the star rating and pitch the flask!

Me encantan para hacer deporte, festivales o salir a caminar, se guardan fácil en bolsillos o canguros. Al inicio enjuagar unas 3 veces bien para quitarle el olor a plástico, aunque no es intenso.

Works great & holds a good amount of liquid but it does have a weird smell/taste at first so wash it out really well first

Easy to use, worked great for mixing electrolytes during a race. 250ml was a perfect size for me to hold while running. Refilling at aid stations was simple enough.

I travel quite a bit for my work. I have basically a "Mobile Office" in my back pack which has my laptop, a second screen, kindle scribe, battery packs, chargers, etc. etc. etc. I used to also carry a water bottle, but that has now become my blender bottle. I am not a fan of single use plastic water bottles, yet I really don't have any room left to fit in my backpack. Bam! This water bottle comes into play! I don't have one of those athletic chest strap thingies because I'm pretty basic when I go for a jog. This though, I can shove it in a tiny nook when I need to go from place to place, then when I arrive, it's super easy to fill up and it doesn't leak. When I'm done I just smoosh it back into my backpack and I'm ready to go! It's a little bit of a pain to get that little silica gel pack when you first get it, but that's such a minor inconvenience. This thing is sweet and allows me to hydrate while bringing along my mobile "command center" as I have dubbed my set-up.

I took this flask on my 10K run, but it was nearly impossible to drink from. I couldn’t stay hydrated because of the poor design. Unfortunately, I missed the return window—so now it’s just collecting dust.
