Great product, great service
Customer Service was impeccable. Had an issue with arrival of the first unit and seller shipped a replacement and I had next day. Best Arc lighter I've used yet. I've tried three other types and found the best design and great quality. Been using this for 3 months with no issues. Charge lasts about a week for me. I smoke a pack/day. Charges in half an hour.

I have a blue and a black lighter similar to these so ordering a Gold one for my SO was perfect. However it took about a week and a half to get here (when the other two were here within days) AND it’s engraved on BOTH sides! Not what I wanted!

Good for a few months and then this lighter turns into a self-taser
The build quality of this item was actually quite nice! I lit a lot of candles up with this fancy rechargeable lighter. However, after all the times I’ve lit something, the residue/ash slowly collected on the tips from which the electricity shoots out of itself. Thus, making the electricity shoot downwards towards your own fingers, instead of above where it originally used to spark. Huge hazard on the fingers ! I actually ended up zapping myself a few too many times before forcing myself to get rid of it.

Seller is wonderful I thought the lighter was too
When I first got the lighter today it worked perfect I loved it and like four or five hours later I went to light it and it wouldn't work I pushed the button it wouldn't work I push the button again it wouldn't work maybe like 15 minutes later 20 minutes later it worked again and then maybe an hour after that I push the button and it didn't work and now when I push the button and nothing happens I must have clicked that button like 20 times and nothing happened and then I saw a pinhead spark on both Arcs but it was such a small spark it wanted to light but the spark was so small that it just wouldn't light anymore and now it doesn't work so I don't know I don't know what happened but that is my review I gave it a good review earlier but I had to change my review because this is the second lighter I got of the same lighter and the first one didn't work at all not ever not once and the second one was working good for several hours when I first got it but then it just stopped working altogether stopped. But I can say that the seller of this product is such a wonderful and nice person so very sweet.

Great product, great seller
This is my favorite lighter! I loved it so much that I bought one for my father as a gift, and he loved it. I had an issue with the first lighter I bought, and the company quickly replaced the product with no issues. I did not even need to send back the original. Might buy another now that it comes in more colors!
