How to charge the glasses?

Charge the glasses on both sides of the temples (arms) using the configured charging cable to connect to any mobile phone data cable.

What should I do if there is no sound from one side or the glasses frequently turn on/off?

This is usually caused by low battery. Please ensure both temples are fully charged using the correct charging method.

What can I do if the glasses cannot connect to the APP?

This may be caused by an incorrect Bluetooth pairing. Please unpair all previous devices and follow the manual to connect to the correct profile. Contact support if the problem continues.
